Terms of Trade

Here are the general terms of trade for ICLICK Online Technology Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ICLICK).

ICLICK is an independent company contracted to you, responsible for accounting for the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department for taxes, levies, and other liabilities or charges, as well as following the relevant laws of New Zealand as a company.

In the absence of a special agreement signed with ICLICK or the absence of a relevant clause in any special agreement already signed with ICLICK, these specific terms of trade will apply.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of trade, and we will keep you posted about any changes in the future.
